Create or Update NTLM Configuration for Target

/targets/:id/ntlm/

Create or replace the NTLM configuration for a target. Only available for Web targets. Creating or replacing the configuration enables NTLM. If Basic Auth is active, it is automatically disabled while preserving the stored credentials.
